Terms & Conditions:
Rental Agreement/Contract
The rental agreement/contract is linked on the home page of this website. It is assumed that it has been read and understood entirely if this has been check marked. The rental agreement/contract is to be signed the day of rental pick up/delivery. A copy will be sent via email.
Rental Period
Items are rented for the agreed time only. Additional fees may apply for early delivery requests, late returns, or extended use.
If rental items are to be picked up, prompt arrival is required according the the time specified during reservation completion.
Use of Rental Items
All items must be used as intended and handled with care. Lessee assumes responsibility for all items during the rental period.
Damage, Loss & Theft
Lessee is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft beyond normal wear and tear, regardless of cause.
Cleaning
Items must be returned reasonably clean. Excessive dirt, stains, wax, tape, food, or debris may result in cleaning fees.
Security Deposit
Security deposits are refundable if items are returned or picked up in the same condition as delivered. All or part of the deposit may be kept for excessive dirt, damage, or missing items.
Setup & Location
Lessee is responsible for providing a safe, level, and accessible setup area. Salty Sweet Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by site conditions.
Weather Policy
Rentals proceed rain or shine. Weather-related cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to the reservation date. If canceled after 30 days, any payments made is forfeited. Please see the full contract/rental agreement linked on the homepage of this website. Before 30 days, all payments except the security deposit can be refunded, or date can be rescheduled as a 1 time courtesy. Reservation will be determined by availability of rental items.
Liability
Lessee assumes all risk and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Salty Sweet Party Rentals, LLC from any claims arising from use of rental items.
Access for Pickup
Clear access must be provided for delivery and pickup of inflatables, dunk tank, and event tents. Delays may result in additional charges. Delivery fee is $50 for dunk tanks, event tents, and inflatables. All other items are self service pick up unless Salty Sweet Party Rentals, LLC. is delivering inflatables, dunk tank, and event tents.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the rental occurs.
